Rural Communities Opioid Response Program – Pathways
The purpose of RCORP-Pathways is to create innovative new youth-focused behavioral health care support programs, while also offering behavioral health care career pathway opportunities in rural communities. Award recipients will establish and work within a network of organizations to engage youth in developing and implementing behavioral health care support programming. Through these efforts, RCORP-Pathways will improve behavioral health care in rural areas. Goal 1: Pathway Establish pathway programs to introduce youth to behavioral health careers and facilitate admittance into formalized training programs. Goal 2: Engagement Engage youth to develop and implement peer-driven behavioral health programming in rural communities. Goal 3: Sustainability Develop innovative, multi-sectoral approaches to ensure the continued availability of RCORP-Pathways supported activities in the target rural service area.
Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking (STOP) Act Grants
Organizations that are current or former Drug Free Communities (DFC) Support Program recipients are invited to apply for up to $60,000 of STOP Act Grant funding. The purpose of this grant is to implement evidence-based prevention strategies in their communities to address youth alcohol use. Wisconsin Out of School Time Alliance Funding Opportunity
The New York Life Foundation’s 2025 Aim High grant competition is now open for afterschool, summer, or expanded learning programs serving middle school youth living in under-resourced communities. Programs will be selected for grants based on their ability to help youth transition successfully to ninth grade and how they provide academic, social, and emotional supports for youth. Eligible programs can apply for a $20,000 or a $100,000 grant.

With this funding, coalitions are able to apply for up to $5,500 to implement any of the following strategies:
Stigma Reduction Campaign:
- Harm Reduction Saves Lives
- DHS Campaigns
Conduct Harm Reduction Efforts:
- Purchase / Distribute Naloxone
- Implement Naloxone Boxes
- Host Sharps Disposal Event(s)
- Install Permanent Sharps Disposal Unit
