Purdue Extension has been a participant in the Rural Opioid Technical Assistance (ROTA) program from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) since 2018. Purdue Extension has collaborated with local community partners and other state Extension professionals to offer training and technical assistance that addresses mental health and substance use prevention and education.
